Our Story
Dave and Marina's amazing journey started because of their mutual love of music. Dave saw Marina 5 years ago at the Bottle Rock Music Festival in Napa. He saw her for the second time a week later in Newport Beach at the QW. Neither one of them planned to be there when the day started but, through a series of "fortunate" events, they both ended up there. Dave saw Marina walk in the front door and immediately approached her. Dave knew who Marina was but Marina had no idea who Dave was. Dave's lifetime spent in sales paid off and they spent the rest of the evening talking and dancing (music!). Their first date, a few days later, was a Maroon 5 Concert (music!)
Dave and Marina truly believe that they were "Heaven sent" to each other. They quickly realized how much they have in common - God, good food and wine, adventure, travel, sports, dogs, the importance of friends and family and, of course, music! But, most importantly, they realized life was so much better doing and experiencing all of it together. What an incredible 5 years it's been!
You all in some way have been a big part of our modern-day love story and we look forward to celebrating "us" with all of you!
